SMS Notifications

Sotaog sends SMS messages only for operational alarm notifications tied to industrial equipment at customer sites. These messages are not used for any other purpose.

Enrollment is voluntary and individual. Each person opts in for themselves on this page, by entering their own mobile number and checking the consent box below. Sotaog does not add any phone number to the SMS program without that individual's own opt-in.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any Sotaog service, and choosing not to opt in does not affect your or your company's use of Sotaog. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help.

Messages are SMS alarm and operational notifications from Sotaog. Message frequency varies based on equipment alarm activity, and message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers are used only for these operational alarm notifications and are never sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
