These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sotaog website and our industrial monitoring and predictive analytics platform (collectively, the "Services"), including our SMS alarm and operational notification program. By using the Services or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
The Services are provided to authorized users of Sotaog's enterprise customers. You agree to use the Services only for their intended operational purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
SMS notification program
- By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS consent form — or by being enrolled by your company's authorized administrator — you agree to receive SMS alarm and operational notifications from Sotaog.
- Message frequency varies based on equipment alarm activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notifications are provided to assist operations and should not be relied upon as the sole means of detecting equipment conditions.
Privacy
Your use of the Services and the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all content and software, are owned by Sotaog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sotaog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or the SMS program.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
